RETURNS
You have 10 business days to return your RootX® order from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, all products must be unopened, unused and in the same condition you received it. Please call us at 1-888-458-1979 to receive return shipping instructions.
Order must be returned in the same original packaging. You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs to return your order. We have the right to refuse any returns if the products are deemed to be unusable for resale.

REFUNDS
Once your return order has been received, it will be inspected/investigated to determine if a refund is possible. We will notify you that we have received your returned product and inform you if a refund is to be issued. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through PayPal or the original method of payment. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable. You should receive your approved refund within 7 business days of us receiving the returned product. You will be sent a confirmation email for the refund.
EXCHANGES
All of our products are quality checked for any defects or damage before leaving our warehouse.
We only exchange items that have arrived damaged in transit. If your order arrived damaged, do not refuse the shipment. Make note of the damage on the shipping receipt and have the shipper/rep sign it. Keep your shipment and then contact us immediately at 1-888-458-1979 for further instructions.
You will be asked to photograph damaged package/product and to email the photos to: service@plumbperfect.ca along with your name, contact information, invoice number and date the shipment arrived. If the RootX® product itself has been damaged beyond use, a replacement will be mailed out at no cost to you.
We may or may not require the order to be returned. If a return is needed, it must be through the same method as it was received. The return shipping cost will be covered by either the original carrier or our company.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGE ORDERS
Orders are typically processed and shipped 24 – 48 hours after receiving them. You may cancel or change your order without penalty any time BEFORE your order has been shipped by calling us at 1-888-458-1979.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy if your order has already been shipped.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
We work hard to ensure all orders received are shipped correctly but in rare cases an oversight may occur.
If you received an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us immediately at our toll-free number 1-888-458-1979. If the problem is a result of our error, we will quickly rectify the situation and ship/mail out the correct/complete order at no expense to you with our sincerest apologies.
